There is a beautiful irony in Helio Bray's work - the Portuguese artist world renowned for his graff technique and style had never seen traditional graffiti before painting his first wall. While he has always lived far away from major urban areas with their vibrant art scene, Helio has amassed a worldwide audience, sold artwork internationally and worked with global brands like Vans, DC, Adidas and Quicksilver. Helio's current work both reflects and expands upon graffiti, incorporating abstract, surreal and figurative elements.
